Access Easement to Bostic Creek
A permanent, non-exclusive easement for access to Bostic Creek, which easement shall be 50 feet wide and shall include all that part of the SE1/4NW1/4, Section 28-162-32 which lies northeasterly of a line that runs parallel to and distant 50 feet southerly and westerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point 50 feet North of the Southeast corner of said SE1/4NW1/4, Section 28; thence West a distance of 200 Feet to a point; thence in a Northwesterly direction through a draw to a point on the East shore line of Bostic creek, which point is approximately 380 Feet North of the South boundary line of said SE1/4NW1/4 (a ditch is dug on this line) and there terminating. To facilitate motor vehicle turnaround, the foregoing easement shall be 100 feet wide (as measured southerly and westerly from the aforementioned boundary line) along the westerly 100 feet where said easement intersects the East shore of Bostic Creek. This easement is appurtenant to the following property: The SE1/4 of Section 28-162-32; the S1/2NE1/4, Section 28-162-32; and the NW1/4NE1/4, Section 28-162-32.

15. The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagor or Mortgagor’s personal representatives or assigns is 12 months after the date of the sale.
16. Minn. Stat. 580.04(b) provides, “if the real estate is an owner-occupied, single- family dwelling, the notice must also specify the date on or before which the mortgagor must vacate the property if the mortgage is not reinstated under section 580.30 or the property redeemed under section 580.23.” If this statute applies, the time to vacate the property is 11:59 pm on September 12, 2023.
