Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School will be held from July 18 to 21 at First Lutheran Church. Age 3 years to Kindergarten: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. 1st through 6th grade: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Children must be potty trained or attend with an adult. This year children will be learning about God’s endless love for all through music, reading, crafts and fun! Lake of the Woods Food Shelf Distribution

Food distribution starts at 2:00 p.m. and runs until 4:00 p.m. in Baudette at the Lighthouse 106 2nd St. NE. Please come to the west end by the parking lot. Friends Against Abuse

Friends Against Abuse offers free advocacy service for victims of Domestic/sexual assault & general crime. We offer 24 hr crisis line, help w/orders for protection/restraining orders, medical & court advocacy, safety planning, presentations on domestic/sexual assault, bullying, healthy relationships, etc. for more information contact Tonja 218-634-3233 office located at 406 Main St W. Baudette Flag Fund

The flag in Baudette next to Willie Walleye is replaced two to three or more times per year, costing $500 each time. Anyone wishing to donate to a fund to keep Old Glory flying can get more information by calling Chuck Tischart at 218-634-2078.

Triple A Booster Club

The Triple A Booster Club meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the Commons at Lake of the Woods School.

L/W School Board

The Lake of the Woods School Board meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Lake of the Woods School. Everyone is welcome.

Ruby’s Pantry Food Distribution

All who get hungry qualify! Backus Community Center, 900 5th St., International Falls.
