Obituary for Patricia M. Johnson, 86

Patricia M. Johnson, 86, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026 with her family by her side in Superior, Wisconsin.

Patricia was born to Marlys (Lahr) and Raymond McGettigan in Superior, WI.

She was employed as a secretary for the Superior schools for several years, and then in the billing department at the Range Mental Health Center.

She was passionate about traveling and in retirement Pat traveled with Ron and friends, they went on numerous memorable trips and enjoyed all the wonderful sights.  

Pat spent her winters with Ron in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where she made many new friends and enjoyed the mild winters.  Summers were spent at their home in Williams, MN on Sandy Shores, Lake of the Woods.  Pat made many friends there that she enjoyed spending time with, and all that the big lake had to offer with magnificent views and stunning sunrises. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 65 years, Ron, and her brother, Michael McGettigan.

Pat is survived by her children, LeeAnn Krogerson and Scott Johnson; her grandson, Kyle Krogerson and many dear friends. 

At Pat's request there will be no services held.
