  1. Call to Order by Chair Boyd Johnson at 7:04 PM.

Motion by Craig Severs, seconded by Robyn Sonstegard, to approve the August 25, 2025, meeting agenda, with the removal of the motion to approve Kitchen Supervisor Micah Haack.

    1. Motion by Jerem Haack, seconded by Robyn Sonstegard, to approve the July 28, 2025, regular board meeting minutes.  Motion passes (4-0)

    2. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard, seconded by Craig Severs, to approve the Invoices, Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Wire Transfers, and Purchase Card Statement.  Motion passes (4-0)

    3. Approval of Personnel - Appointments & Resignations
      1. Motion by Craig Severs, seconded by Jerem Haack, to approve the appointments and resignations as presented.

i. Appointments:  Makayla Brauch - High School Social Studies, Marissa Bannor - Paraprofessional, Darbyanne Gillespie - Food Service, David Pederson - Pool Coordinator

  1. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard, seconded by Jerem Haack, to approve the teacher contract with Nathan Solar for the 2025-26 school year.  Motion passes (4-0)

  2. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard, seconded by Craig Severs, to approve setting the Truth in Taxation Hearing for Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the ITV Room.  Motion passes (4-0)

  3. Motion by Craig Severs, seconded by Jerem Haack, to approve the Baudette Lutheran Parish User Agreement.  Motion passes (4-0)

  4. Motion by Jerem Haack, seconded by Craig Severs, to approve the Policy revisions as presented.
