PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on September 30, 2025, starting at approximately 4:00 p.m. The Board will consider the following request:

William Jackson and Lot 5, Block 3 and Lot 8, Block 2, River Applicant is requesting an Interim 
Stephanie Stavig Oaks Plat, Section One (1), Township One Use Permit as required by Section 
Hundred Sixty-one (161) North, Range 1106 of the Lake of the Woods 
Thirty-two (32) West (Wabanica) County Zoning Ordinance to
– Parcel ID#23.52.03.050 and 23.52.02.080. operate a short-term vacation 
rental in a Residential 
Zoning District (R1).
