THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Lake of the Woods, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
Lot 41 of Auditors Plat No. 2, Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota, according to the recorded Plat thereof, in the
Village of Williams, Minnesota;
AND
That portion of Lot 42, Auditors Plat No. 2, Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the West boundary line of Lot No. 41 and the East boundary line of Lot 42 and the North right of way line of STH No. 11; thence Westerly along the North boundary of said STH No. 11 to a point where said line intersects with the East bank of the creek as shown on the plat thereof; thence northerly along the East bank of the creek to the intersection of the East bank of the creek and the South boundary of the railroad right of way; thence East along the South boundary of the railroad right of way to the East boundary line of Lot 42; thence Southerly along said East line to the point of beginning; said tract being adjacent to and West of Lot 41 Auditors Plat 2, Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiff is the owner in fee simple of the above described real property and that none of the said defendants have any estate or interest therein or lien thereon.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiff against any of the defendants.
