Lake of the Woods County Board of Appeal and Equalization (CBAE)

The Lake of the Woods County Board of Appeal and Equalization will be held on June 13, 2022 at 6 p.m. in the Lake of the Woods County Commissioners Room at 206 8th Ave SE, Baudette MN 56623.

The purpose of the County Board of Appeal and Equalization (CBAE) is to provide a fair and objective forum for property owners to appeal their valuations and/or classifications.

An appeal may only be brought before the County Board of Appeal and Equalization (CBAE) if a property is in an unorganized township, or if it was appealed at the current year's Local Board of Appeal and Equalization (LBAE).
