Members Present:Chair Tim Lyon, Clerk Lynnette Ellis, Director Karla Robida, Chair Robyn Sonstegard, Director Boyd Johnson

Members Absent: Treasurer Corryn Trask, High School Principal Mary Merchant,

Others Present: Superintendent Jeff Nelson, Groundskeeper Seth Putz, Business Manager Crystal Landin, Administrative Assistant Harley Poppitz

Call to Order by Chairperson Lyon at 6:05 PM.

Citizen's Forum

1. Motion by Johnson second by Sonstegard to approve the agenda with the following addition:
a. Approve request for donations of sick leave days.

Motion passes.

2. Board Presenters
a. FY21 Audit Report - Eide Bailly

3. Reports and Written Communications
a. COVID-19 Data Reports for November 1st and November 8th

4. Old Business
a. Motion by Johnson second by Sonstegard to approve the Tiered-Level Implementation of Health & Safety Procedures to move to the high level.

Motion passes

5. New Business
a. Motion by Johnson second by Lyon to approve the final Audit Report for the year-ending June 30, 2021

Motion passes
b. Motion by Sonstegard second byRobida to approve the request for sick leave donations per Article VIII, subd.7 of the 2021-2023 Non-Certified Agreement.
