LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, starting at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Board will consider the following requests:

L&S Investing, LLC A tract of land located in Government Lots Three (3), Applicant is requesting Final Plat approval to
Four, (4) and Five (5) all within Section Seven (7), create twelve (12) tracts for a residential
Township One Hundred Sixty-one (161) North, development. The Rainy River is an
Range Thirty-one (31) West – Parcel ID# 24.07.32.009 Agricultural River segment.
