NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Brink Senior Center, Baudette

The purpose of our Annual Meeting will be to:

• Elect New Board members-- Three memberships expire this year- Treasurer, Elaine Sunne, Gloriann Fischer and Kristin Collins. Board member Jenny Moorman who was continuing to serve as Secretary pro tempore will now be retiring.

• ReviewYearly Financial Reports

• Set Goals for the upcoming year

• Evaluate Program Achievements

A Program Entitled The File will be offered following our Annual Meeting. This presentation will be offered by the Dancing Sky Area on Aging

Refreshments will be served following the meeting
