Motion by Lynnette Ellis second by Tim Lyon to approve the March 25, 2024 meeting agenda, with the addition of the hiring of Rylan Henrickson as Junior High Baseball Coach and Shayla Risser as Assistant Softball Coach. Motion passes (6-0)

a. Motion by Tim Lyon second by Robyn Sonstegard to approve the February 26, 2024 school board meeting minutes. Motion passes (6-0)

b. Motion by Lynnette Ellis second by Tim Lyon to approve the Invoices, Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Wire Transfers, and Purchase Card Statement. Motion passes (6-0)

c. Approval of Personnel - Resignations, Retirements, and Appointments

i. Motion by Karla Robida second by Corryn Trask to approve the resignations, retirements, and appointments as presented.

i. Resignations: Aspen Jaros - Paraprofessional, Emily Pearson - Special Education Teacher, Harley Poppitz - Food Service Coordinator, Zachary Ernesti - IT Help Desk Assistant

ii. Retirements: Dawn Olson - Paraprofessional & Maintenance

e. Motion by Tim Lyon second by Corryn Trask to approve Resolution 2023/2024-27 accepting a donation of $500.00 from the Rotary Club of Baudette as a donation to Lake of the Woods School for the daycare fire alarm modification project. Motion passes (6-0)

f. Motion by Karla Robida second by Robyn Sonstegard to approve Resolution 2023/2024-28 accepting a donation of $500.00 from the Lake of the Woods Women of Today as a donation to Lake of the Woods School for the daycare fire alarm modification project. Motion passes (6-0)

m. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard second by Tim Lyon to approve Resolution 2023/2024-31 accepting a donation of $50.00 from the American Legion as a donation to Lake of the Woods School for the Ticket to Read Program. Motion passes (6-0)

n. Motion by Lynnette Ellis second by Robyn Sonstegard to approve Resolution 2023/2024-32 accepting a donation of $500.00 from the Lake of the Woods chapter of the Salvation Army as a donation to Lake of the Woods School for the daycare fire alarm modification project. Motion passes (6-0)

o. Motion by Karla Robida second by Robyn Sonstegard to approve Resolution 2023/2024-33 accepting a donation of $3,472.00 from the Lake of the Woods County as a donation to Lake of the Woods School for the daycare fire alarm modification project. Motion passes (6-0)

b. Motion by Lynnette Ellis second by Tim Lyon to close the meeting for a Superintendent Evaluation pursuant to Minnesota statute 13D.05, Subd 3(a). at 7:27 PM. Motion passes (6-0)

c. Motion by Tim Lyon second by Karla Robida to open the regular board meeting at 8:27 PM. Motion passes (6-0)
