LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION

April 11, 2022 – 2:00 P.M.Baudette, Minnesota

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, starting at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Board will consider the following requests:

Twin Island Sleepers Government Lot Three (3) & Government Applicant is requesting a
Lot Four (4) in Section Three (3), Township Conditional Use Permit as
One-hundred Sixty-two (162) North, Range required by Section 401.C
Thirty-four (34) West – and Section 402.1 of the Lake of
Parcel ID# 17.03.21.000 the Woods County Zoning of
Ordinance, for the storage
more than five (5) fish houses and
commercial winter ice fishing
equipment, in a Rural Residential
Zoning District (R2).

The Guide Shack Part of Government Lot five (5) being part Applicant is requesting a
of Outlot A of Brush Island according to the Conditional Use Permit as
plat thereof on file in the office of the County required by Section 401.C
Recorder. - Parcel ID# 03.51.50.014 in of the Lake of the Woods
Section Twenty-nine (29), Township County Zoning Ordinance to
One-Hundred Sixty-eight (168) North, allow commercial use of the
Range Thirty-three (33) West property consisting of a
short-term transient rental
property, in a Rural Residential Zoning District (R2). Lake of the Woods is a General Development Lake.
