PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on February 6, 2024, starting at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Board will consider the following request:

Walleye Empire, LLC A parcel of land lying in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼SW¼), Section Twenty-five (25), Township One-hundred Sixty-two (162) North, Range Thirty-two (32) West – Parcel ID# 19.25.33.022. Applicant is requesting an Interim Use Permit as required by Section 401.B of the Lake of the Woods County Zoning Ordinance to operate a short-term vacation rental in a Residential Development Zoning District (R1).
