Call to Order

Mayor C. Lundsten called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.

New Business

Clerk Nicholson informed the Council that the Wilderness Bar and Grill has submitted their paperwork for their 2024 liquor license. Council Member G. Van DeHey made a motion to approve the liquor license. The motion was seconded by Council Member J. Kukowski, with it passing unanimously.

Resolution 381-23 Annual Allocation of Campground Revenue to Sewer was discussed. This resolution will allow the City Council to allocate money received from the Campground to the Sewer Department to help keep the cost of the sewer down. The allocated funds would be used in the following September to determine the sewer rate for the next year. Council Member J. Kukowski made a motion to adopt the resolution. The motion was seconded by Council Member G. Van De Hey, with it passing unanimously.

There was some discussion about how much of the 2023 Campground Revenue to allocate to the Sewer Department to reduce the Sewer Rate in 2025. Council Member J. Kukowski made a motion to allocate $10,000.00 of the Campground Revenue to the Sewer Department. The motion was seconded by Council Member G. Van DeHey, with it passed unanimously.

Council Member J. Kukowski made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:21 p.m. Council Member G. Van DeHey seconded the motion, with it passing unanimously.
