NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED

SHORT-TERM RENTAL LICENSING ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Baudette will hold a

public hearing on Thursday, October 19, at 5:00 p.m. at Baudette City Hall, 106 West Main

Street, Baudette, MN. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from the public, consider and act to make a recommendation to the city council regarding a proposed ordinance that would establish a city licensing program for short-term rental properties. Interested persons are encouraged to attend. A copy of the draft ordinance can be viewed by making a request to the city’s zoning administrator or the city clerk/treasurer.
