Summary of Ordinance

The ordinance provides general regulations for development in areas located within the designated shoreland areas and all unincorporated areas of Lake of the Woods County. It addresses potential conflicts with other County Ordinances, delineates permitted uses, provide provisions for variances and regulates non-conformities.
