NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Baudette City Council will meet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2023, at Baudette City Hall, 106 West Main Street, Baudette, MN, to conduct a public hearing. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from the public, discuss, and take action on an interim ordinance authorizing a study and imposing a moratorium on the operation of cannabis businesses in the city. Persons wishing to express an opinion regarding this matter are invited to attend and provide comments at the hearing or to submit written comments prior to or at the hearing.
