PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, starting at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Board will consider the following requests:

Lake Area Construction, Inc. SW ¼ NW ¼ in Section Applicant is requesting a
Twenty-five (25), Conditional Use Permit as required
Township One-hundred by Section 401.C of the Lake of the
Sixty-one (161) Woods County Zoning Ordinance
