LW Recorder's office launches Document Alert

The Lake of the Woods County Recorder’s Office, in partnership with Tyler Technologies, is now offering a free service to help protect you from property fraud and identity theft. It’s called Document Alert and it’s new to our area. You will receive an e-mail whenever a document is recorded in our land records using your name or property parcel number. Document Alert can also notify you of properties of interest. Sign up now to create your own account at www.idocmarket.com. A subscription purchase may be required to view the details of the document online.
